Community guidelines
Last updated October 30, 2026 · Pre-launch draft
Our purpose is watchful care for people and communities. Treat every person with dignity.
Be factual and specific
Describe what you observed, when and where it happened, and what remains uncertain. Avoid rumors, inflammatory labels and assumptions about motives. A record or alert is not a finding of guilt.
Share only what is needed
Protect victims, children and unrelated bystanders. Do not include Social Security numbers, financial information, unnecessary home addresses, intimate images or unrelated medical details. Use church-private visibility when appropriate.
Use respectful language and images
Profanity, sexual material, threats, humiliation and discriminatory content are not welcome. Factual, non-graphic safety descriptions are allowed. Screening may hold material for review; context and human review matter.
Correct and resolve
Update reports, mark resolved incidents appropriately, and report mistaken identities or duplicates. Criminal-history badges require official evidence and independent authorized review.
Respond safely
Do not organize confrontation, vigilantism or retaliation. Follow your church’s procedures and contact emergency services when needed. Report misuse through the app or contact the administrator.
Questions or requests: [email protected]. Please don’t include sensitive incident details in ordinary email.
